Born on November 6, 1959, in Rožaje, Montenegro. He completed primary school in his hometown in 1980 and finished secondary gymnasium with a focus on physical education in Skopje, Macedonia. He then graduated from a tourist-hospitality program in Fonica in 1988 and completed the first cycle of the Faculty of Physical Culture in 1984. He earned his diploma in 1988 from the Faculty of Physical Culture in Skopje. In 1991, he completed a three-year Business School “CEPORS” in Sarajevo. He earned a master’s degree from the Faculty of Business Economics at “Apeiron” University in Banja Luka on January 29, 2010. He completed his doctorate on November 21, 2014, at IUT in Travnik, obtaining the title of Doctor of Economic Sciences
