Goražde is located in the eastern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the Drina River. It is 100 kilometers from the capital Sarajevo and connected by a very good road that passes through the beautiful areas of the Romanija mountains. It is about 60 kilometers from the border with SR Serbia and Montenegro. The town of Goražde is located only 60 meters above sea level and has a very warm and mild climate. The city of Goražde and its surroundings have beautiful untouched nature with preserved rivers, sources of drinking water and forests and fields with grass and other plant vegetation.
